Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji kekuatan kepercayaan dalam mebangun kepuasan kerja dan perilaku kewargaan owrganisasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 152 dosen dan staf akademik pada Universitas Gorontalo. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuisioner dengan pemodelan pemodelan persamaan struktural (SEM) menggunakan LISREL. Dari hasil analisis, ditemukan bahwa kepercayaan memberikan kontribusi positif dalam membangun kepuasan kerja dan perilaku kewargaan organisasi. Kepuasan kerja memberikan dudungan positif dalam meningkatkan perilaku kewargaan organisasi. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi literasi bahwa kepercayaan memiliki kekuatan dalam membangan kesuksesan organisasi melalui penenuhan kepuasan kerja dan penguatan perilaku kewaraagaan organisasi. Kekuatan kepercayaan pada organisasi diperlihatkan melalui integritas, kompetensi, konsistensi, loyalitas dan keterbukaan.Keywords
